Welcome to the Front Desk Training Course (the “Course”), provided by Association of Certified Dermatology Techs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or accessing this Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Purpose

This Course is intended for educational purposes only. It is designed to train new or existing staff in medical practice front desk operations, including topics such as scheduling, check-in procedures, insurance basics, and professional communication. It does not constitute medical, legal, or billing advice.

2. Eligibility

The Course is intended for individuals working in or preparing to work in a medical practice setting. You must be 18 years or older to participate unless otherwise approved in writing.

3. Access & Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and complete the Course for personal or internal business use only.
Course materials (including videos, slides, handouts, and quizzes) are the intellectual property of ACDT and may not be reproduced, shared, or redistributed without prior written consent.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Course materials ethically and professionally.
Not share login credentials or allow others to access the Course under your account.
Refrain from using Course content in any way that could harm the reputation of the ACDT or mislead others.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

If a payment is required to access the Course or to receive a certificate of completion:

All fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
Refunds (if offered) are available within 30 days of purchase and only if the Course has not been substantially completed.

6. Certificates of Completion

Certificates may be offered to learners who successfully complete all required lessons and assessments. We do not guarantee recognition of these certificates by employers or licensing bodies.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from your reliance on the Course content. All materials are provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind.

8. Privacy

By enrolling in the Course, you agree to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
