Each course registration is sold as a single-user training license (“seat”). This license grants one individual access to the course materials, tracking system, and certification process.
Because each seat initiates system access, tracking, and administrative resources, our policies are based on usage of the license, not course completion.
Course access is valid for one (1) year from the date of registration. All required lessons, assessments, and documentation must be completed within this 365-day period. Upon expiration, access to the course materials will be closed, and a new seat must be purchased if the user wishes to resume training or earn a Certificate of Completion.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser and the individual user to ensure they have the necessary technology to access the training. This includes a modern web browser, a reliable high-speed internet connection capable of streaming video, and a compatible device (desktop, laptop, or tablet). We are not responsible for access issues caused by local clinic network firewalls, strict IT restrictions, or outdated hardware.
